The Definitive Collection

This collection has many songs from the 70s to the 90s by Whitesnake. The songs are blues rock, hard rock, and heavy metal. Some of my favorites are the 80s songs "Here I Go Again" and "Is This Love". Other songs I like are "Don't Break My Heart Again", "Walking in the Shadow of the Blues", "Slide It In", "Fool for Your Loving", "Judgement Day", "Now You're Gone", "Give Me All Your Love", "Still of the Night", and "Pride and Joy".

Tell the World: The Very Best of Ratt

This collection has many of Ratt's hard rock and metal songs from the 80s and 90s. My favorite is their 80s song "Round and Round". Other songs I like are "Dangerous but Worth the Risk", "Back for More", "You're in Love", "Body Talk", "Dance", "Wanted Man", "Slip of the Lip", "Shame Shame Shame", "Lack of Communication", and "Steel River".

Daydream Nation

Daydream Nation is my favorite Sonic Youth album. From 1988, it is one of the best alternative rock albums. Along with their Sister album, are my favorite 80s alternative rock albums. My favorite song is "Candle". Other songs here are "Teen Age Riot", "Silver Rocket", "The Sprawl", "'Cross the Breeze", "Eric's Trip", "Total Trash", "Hey Joni", "Providence", "Rain King", "Kissability", and "Trilogy"; A) "The Wonder", B) "Hyperstation", and Z) "Eliminator Jr.". Daydream Nation is a must hear 80s album.

This is my favorite hard rock album from the 80s. Appetite for Destruction is from 1987, and is Guns N' Roses debut album. It is one of the best hard rock albums, having some of the most popular hard rock songs of the 80s; "Welcome to the Jungle", "Sweet Child o' Mine", and "Paradise City". Other songs here are "It's So Easy", "Out ta Get Me", "My Michelle", "Nightrain", "Mr. Brownstone", "Think About You", "You're Crazy", "Anything Goes", and "Rocket Queen". I also like their Live: Era '87-'93 and Greatest Hits albums.

From 1987, this is my favorite album by Terence Trent D'Arby. The songs are mostly R&B and soul. My favorite song is "Sign Your Name". Other songs I like are "If You All Get to Heaven", "If You Let Me Stay", "Wishing Well", "Dance Little Sister", "Let's Go Forward", and "Rain".
